The installer, Clayton, was a super nice kid who did a great job and went above and beyond by putting in a non-existent shut-off valve for my fridge. He explained everything and made sure I had no questions before leaving.

Excellent company from our first interaction to after the install. Randy and his team explained everything along the way utilizing professional testing and consistency. Clayton and Jim installed the softener and filtration system exactly as presented. Clayton even came back the following day to explain how everything worked and what my wife and I would need to do to maintain the system. Simply an excellent experience!

Very friendly service. Technician showed up on time to do work and work efficiently. We ended up with a different system then was initially recommended because it was just too costly for us, but there was no high pressure to buy the more expensive system, just honest conversation about the pros and cons.

When there was a problem a few weeks after installation, they came promptly and worked tirelessly until they found that the gas supply was too low. They worked with the gas authority to fix the problem that day. I was always able to talk with the owner each time I called.
