Right from the start we got great customer service.Started with a call from Brian who came out and tested our water.Within a few hours had a quote. agreed to it and had the install set up.Scott and Gunner did the install.Could not have had a better experience.Very polite and professional.Answered all and any questions we had.Very knowledgeable.Cleaned up after.We are very Happy with our new system.Had our first coffee with the RO system.GREAT Would recommend this company for sure.

Randy was great. He returned my call promptly and came when he said he would. I had my water tested and a whole house water conditioner and reverse osmosis tank were installed the next morning. We are loving our â .newâ water! A great company.

Everyone else in my neighborhood still complains about gold or brown water. We no longer have that problem for bathing, showers or any faucet in our house!!! You can’t buy bottled water to wash in. We don’t regret it.

I cannot say enough good things about Quality Life Solutions! We have used them for years for our water purification system, but only recently knew that they did all other plumbing issues inside the home as well. We had an issue with our well pump. Called another company who came out and told is the pump was bad. Paid large sum of money to replace but kept losing pressure. Knowing that this pump company would tell me I needed a new tank, I didn't want to call them again. Knew Brian would be honest so called him. They immediately sent out an AMAZING technician who said he thought he knew the problem just from my description. A $35 part fixed the problem and we had no further problems. The other guys hadn't even checked this! I will ALWAYS use this company. They are always honest and I know I can trust them!
