We recently made the decision to cancel our services with [Company Name], however, we encountered an issue where we no longer have access to cold water, only hot water, following the uninstallation of their devices. Despite multiple attempts to address the problem through phone calls, it took several follow-ups before they sent someone to investigate. During their inspection, the technicians claimed that the issue was not a result of their services. However, it seems evident that we had cold water prior to the removal of their equipment. We invested $500 for the installation and were also paying a monthly fee for their services. Unfortunately, the lack of prompt and satisfactory resolution, coupled with the inconvenience caused, has left us feeling dissatisfied with their customer service. We expected better treatment as paying customers.
