I needed some help to fix a light/fan fixture in my bathroom, plus install some light fixtures that I had repaired. This was not a big project but Abe worked me into his schedule to give me the assistance I needed. Was great about answering my questions, getting the necessary parts, and completing the task in very short order. I really appreciated his customer service.

Ultimately, I was disappointed. The company owners and their employees were very nice people. The installation of the flooring itself was done well. But the inside corner joints of the toe kick are misaligned. I didn't notice this until after the installers left. In addition, the cost of the work was a bit higher than the verbal quote I received. I'm most disappointed with the fact that I was charged $60 -- "Trip Charge for day of canceled work." Because of a family emergency, I had to cancel. Although I did so well before the estimated time of the installers' arrival, they did not check their text messages. There was no mention of the trip charge at the time. In fact, there was no mention of it until I received the bill. Also, for a variety of reasons, including having to order additional flooring, the job extended over a two-month period. During that period the owners rescheduled visits. And I didn't charge them. I repeatedly made it clear that I would be completely accommodating no matter how short the notice if they had any family emergencies. I think that's what makes the trip charge sting the most.
