The house cleaner refused to use my vacuum on the living room area rug, instead, she swept with a broom. She did not clean the main bathroom sink or toilet. The broom she brought into my house was worn and had been used in other houses or offices. The result was that dirt, germs, and grit were brought into my home, which is completely unsatisfactory. Grit was left in the grout between the bathroom tiles and there were small piles of dirt left around the house. The cleaner seemed to be a nice person and a hard worker who spoke little English. Refusing to accomplish a job the way the homeowner wants is poor customer service.

Cleaning Building Interior. They are very conscientious on wanting to do a good job. They are thorough in cleaning of kitchen and restrooms. Common areas are well maintained. Good value for the money. I would highly recommend them.

Very easy to set up and a team of two cleaners came. They were very friendly, asked what we wanted done and proceeded to do a great job. My house has a lot of ceramic tile and laminate and they did an exceptional job. They arrived right on time and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. The house was clean and smelling great when they were finished. I highly recommend Quality Cleaning Services.
