Chris and the team at QBS completed a basement drainage system project for us that included demo along the perimeter of our basement walls and installation of a new sump pump. The work was completed in an extremely efficient fashion in just 5 days. Throughout the entire process, the team at QBS was kind, hard-working and polite. They were very mindful of the impact to our home and took extreme care to ensure everything went as planned. Chris was a pleasure to meet during the estimating process and I got the sense that he really cared about the customer and was both passionate and dedicated to securing the business. Very professional and efficient! Completed work that most other companies couldn't do. The price was very fair. We had a problem with a swampy area in our yard for years. Quality Basement Solutions came out and fixed the drainage problem, didn’t make a mess and did it in less than 2 days. They worked in 90 degree heat and humidity . I would hire them again.

They came out for an estimate less than 24 hours after requested, we had honest conversation about their work and what we needed/an estimate, provided easy scheduling, showed up on time, worked extremely efficiently and were kind while doing so, cleaned up after themselves and the work (the yard barely looked touched), and were wonderful while walking us through the finished product and payment. We are very thankful to have stumbled upon QBS and will call them with our needs in the future as well as recommend to family and friends.

I used to have 4â -7â of standing water in my basement due to leaking walls and a collapsed floor drain but then QBS came in and in only 2 days had the whole project knocked out not the basement is dry as a bone even during heavy rain events. Couldnâ t ask for a better service

They got me on the schedule pretty quick.The crew was friendly and completed project in just two days. French drain in driveway and a sump off to the side in flowerbed to push water out to the front of our property. No more driveway flooding ! Will/would hire them again in future if needed.
