The technician did a through job of trouble shooting the problem; ordered the part and replaced it the next day.
They didn't have the part with them and said they would possibly be back to finish the job the same day. I really wasn't expecting that to happen but it did. I'm very happy with their service and highly recommend them.
Fast and friendly service!
Just wouldn't recommend this business at all . Keeps hanging up on us, . won't credit the trip charge. First technician didn't know what he was doing , and acknowledged that he didn't know what he was doing
Unfortunately, this is not accurate information. Someone else, not Quality Appliance, had improperly replaced a part which caused an additional part to go out. We provided an estimate. You offered to pay the total but we asked that you pay when the job was complete. We returned, repaired your appliance and we applied the deposit/service fee. We also applied a senior citizen discount. The final total was less than the original estimate and the homeowner happily paid. We attempted to contact you multiple times but we were yelled at and quickly hung up on.
