Rapid Response owner and staff very professional, not only with knowledge of mold detection and removal work, but also on the front end, explaining what they do, and making appointments. I called them after finding their name through Home Adviser since HA indicated they had openings every hour of the next business day. That of course not true and they were concerned about that aspect of H A. Best to call RR directly rather than book through HA. Very professional in every aspect.

I had a 2-in diameter hole in the wood siding of my house. It had been open for several weeks due to birds nesting. Once they left, I had him check for signs of moisture or mold. He removed the nest remains, said it was dry as a bone (birds know how to choose a spot!) & used epoxy to close the hole so it would be weather-tight. It was above & beyond what I had expected from someone I called to check for mold. Thank you... great customer service!!

Rob was very professional, kind, and forthright. He explained things to me, and put my mind at ease regarding the mold issue. He patiently answered all of my questions. He even offered to take my service dog for a walk, which she (and he) thoroughly enjoyed! Can't say enough about how much I appreciate this company! I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
