From Madison to Milwaukee, Rapid Response Remediation (R3), is your first call for mold remediation, mold testing and mold prevention services. We use modern advancements in chemistry to destroy mold in place, assuring complete destruction at an affordable cost. We use unmarked vehicles to provide discreet service delivery--and our service is marked by excellent customer communication, competitive pricing and compassion for those affected by a property loss. When our work is done, we follow-up with the necessary paperwork to ensure a trouble-free property closing process. R3 is IICRC-S520 certified in Applied Microbial Abatement. It's our pleasure to work with home and business owners; realtors; and property managers. Proposals include a complete Statement of Work & line item bid.

Arrived as agreed to, very thorough and professional and gave a detailed explanation of what kind of mold was there and how they would remove the mold and the threat. I was extremely relieved to have such a knowledgeable resource doing the job. I hope not to ever need this service again HOWEVER if I do need the service again I would certainly hire Rapid Response Reconciliation.

Service was prompt and reasonably priced. We were given an explanation of the layers of the mold removal process as well as the names and purpose of each product used. Too early to comment on longevity of process, but for now the walls look clean and mold free.

Rob came to our house to remove some mold that we had in our attic. When we called for removal, they were ready to come within 2 days. Additionally, we were expecting to pay as much as the quoted amount, but when they came he indicated that the damage wasn't as bad as first thought, so we ended up paying less than expected which was greatly appreciated. An honest, reliable company!

Criminal Background Check

Who does HomeAdvisor background check?

The owner or principal of each business in HomeAdvisor's network (with the exception of Corporate Accounts) must pass a background check. Unfortunately, we cannot perform a background check on every employee of a business—the background checks are performed only on the owner or principal. As always, we recommend that you conduct your own research on the businesses you hire, including making inquiries directly with the businesses regarding their employee background check policies.

What does the background check cover?

We use a third-party vendor to conduct a criminal records search in the county in which the business owner or principal works. Our third-party vendor uses a national criminal database ("NCD") to screen service professionals. Business owners or principals with felony arrests that carry a pending decision or who are convicted of felonies in the past 7 years ago will not be admitted to the network. Businesses or owners convicted misdemeanors or felonies, or who have dismissed charges or arrests on their records involving rape/incest, sex offenses, or lewd and lascivious behavior at any point in time will not be admitted to our network.

Our background check does not exclude service professionals unless the crime at issue is a felony.

*The comprehensiveness of the NCD varies by state. Please be aware that the reporting in the NCD is particularly limited in the following states: AL, CO, DE, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MA, MI, MS, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, SD, UT, VA, VT, and WY. After initial admission to the HomeAdvisor network, businesses are re-screened if a concern is reported to HomeAdvisor.

Corporate Accounts

Some businesses are employees, franchisees, dealers or independent contractors ("Corporate SP's") of larger national or "Corporate Accounts". When this is the case, we may match you with the Corporate Account or with one of their Corporate businesses. Criminal Records Search HomeAdvisor uses 3rd party data sources to conduct a criminal search for any relevant criminal activity associated with the owner/principal of the business. Sex Offender Search We confirm that the owner/principal is not listed on the official state Sex Offender web site in the state in which the owner/principal of the company is located. Bankruptcy Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them. Legal Search for Civil Judgments We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them. Liens Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them. Identity Verification (SSN) HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup) We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
