Reviews
Write a ReviewWorking with Bryce and his Pure Maintenance team was so easy. They were kind, professional, and on-time. These small things really matter to me, but most importantly, his certification and expertise helped put my mind at ease. The process was efficient, smooth, and thorough and it was very nice to see how easy it was working within them. Finally, our house smelt so clean! You never know how bad your house smells until you get the fresh new house smell. All in all - I would highly recommend Bryce and Pure Maintenance of Washington D.C. to anyone with mold issues.
Came back to the house and there was no mildew smell. There was a vinegar smell which quickly dissipated.
Bryce came to look at what I thought was a mold problem. As it turned out, we did not have a mold problem and Bryce told me how to to take care of what I was concerned about myself. He was completely honest and did not try to sell me anything. I would definitely recommend this company.
After the visual inspection, the technician told me there was definitely mold in the HVAC system and recommended we do the remediation. The cost: $1500. I decided on going ahead with the testing first just to be sure we had mold before spending that much money. The test was simple enough. The results came back a week later and it turns out we did not need the remediation they were recommending. I do not think the company was just trying to take my money, and the tech was not pushy in any way. I would just recommend doing the test and getting the lab results to tell you whether you need remediation or not (unless of course, the mold is so obvious it is reaching out to you from the walls). Otherwise, pay the $250 to get a more accurate assessment before paying for possibly unnecessary work.
The company should do an air quality test before, as well as after, to note impact, even if mold is obvious.
They were polite and explained everything very carefully.
They are very professional, very punctual, they explained everything very well and their treatment was fantastic and i would recommend to anyone who has concerns over mold.
Better than excellent job
Bryce is an honest straight up guy!
