I entered my request for a Septic System Flush and "Dump" at 9:00 SUNDAY morning, with the expectation someone would get back to me by the end of the following week to schedule the work. To my surprise, I got a telephone call from PUMP AND DUMP within 30 minutes - and they were completing my non-emergent job within 2 hours!!!! Both fellows were extremely personable and professional. They did a wonderful job and I will be recommending them to all of my neighbors out here in the South Sac County! Thanks so much for a fabulous job! AND on a Sunday! BambooLuvR

I am literally in TEARS at how awful this company treated me. I have no words for the verbal assault, screaming, and yelling that I received from Corey and the owners at Pump and Dump. That is correct, screamed at me at 8 am on a Monday for asking about a missed appointment. Pump and Dump never showed up for my scheduled service. Never called, and never showed up. I called to figure out why no one showed up, and I was met with the most hateful experience of my life. I never once raised my voice back nor used any profane language. If you are a woman or a person of color, they will NOT value you or your business. Please go elsewhere.
