Came and did what they promised on time and budget

They were a little hard to communicate with but did a good job of trimming the trees. My problem with them was they informed me they had forgotten their rack and barrel for the leaves. At their request I loaned them our rake from our garage. They kept it! After I paid them and received a note showing paid, I went to put away our rake they had used and found they had taken it with them. I called their office and left a voice mail that I wanted them to return our rake but as of now, there has been no response. Olie told me he would return on another day to give me a cost to do some sprinkler repairs for me....hopefully he will return the rake at the same time. On another subject.....I made an appointment with one of your suggested businesses to do sprinkler repairs but he never showed up or even called. So when Olie told me he could do it, I was willing (that was before I realized he had taken our rake). This seems to be on-going...so until later.

Ali removed 2 trees & promised to return to grind the stumps. He stopped by a week later just to let me know he hadn't forgotten. He did return about 3 weeks later & did a great job.

Ali was always prompt to reply to my requests, for quotes, for further information, etc. They stuck with the job until it was done (clearing 1/2 an acre of trees and brush all while not ruining my fruit trees in the middle of the weed trees and brush.) They made sure we were happy with everything.

Great to customer service, got the job done in one day. I would definitely hire again.

Contacted us promptly. This is a one-man company. Bid seemed a little high but we thought it might be worth it to have everything trimmed up, cleaned up, and "spit-spot." We thought it would take him a couple of days to complete. On the day of the job, told us he would be here at 8:00 a.m. Didn't come until after noon. Worked until about 6:00 p.m. that evening and reported that he was done. He didn't trim some of the bushes and remove the grass that had grown along the back fence line. When we asked about it, he indicated that it was not part of the agreed upon clean-up. He did haul away some tree branches that we had cut ourselves. That was a plus. He worked hard, and the job was pretty good, but not what we expected. We envisioned something more, but our expectations were probably not realistic given this one-man operation and six hours of work. Would we hire this company again? Probably not.

These men returned my call quickly, showed up early and worked hard. They did a wide range of jobs for me, each to perfection, even performing a few services needed but not requested. I plan to use them again in the future and highly recommend them to others needing help. They proved to be capable of performing a three page list of diverse projects, completing each one to perfection. I found Provo Maintenance to be friendly and efficient. They cleaned up when they were finished. I feel fortunate to have found this company.
