I did not know that leaves would not be raked up! They just blowed leaves into pile.

They were very prompt in getting the job done and I will have them do my yard work in the future.

Over all pretty good service. Not what I expected for the money I spent though. Was told they would rake up all the leaves. They Didn't clean up much after they pruned and pulled weeds. Branches and leaves all over.

I hired Ali at Provo Maintenance to trim my 25' tree. He and his team were efficient, prompt, and well-priced. Ali was professional and performed the job as promised. Would definitely hire again.

Terrible experience. For what they charged, everything should have been perfect. Weeds were not pulled as they should have been. Many were missed. Flower beds did not look "cleaned". I specifically asked for them to be careful with cobblestone pavers I have. Many are broke as were a couple of solar lights I have. Didn't trim around pavers as agreed upon and the trimming/edging that was done looked terrible. Dirt in my lawn from the flower beds they raked out. Trees were trimmed excessively. I was told limbs were dead but the leaves had just fallen off them (fall season). Owner was courteous but being in the lawn care business, they need to be more precise and thorough. My yard did not look neat nor clean when they were done. Definitely will not use them again. Extremely overpriced for the service they provided. Need to concentrate on quality.

Otto phoned right awaydays earlier than any other company even calledto make an appointment to come out and see the tree we needed taken down. We said he could come immediately if he was available. He was. When he saw the tree he said he could take it down right then (and for the price we had budgeted). Good job. We would definitely use them again.
