I was so impressed with the quick service provided by Ollie and his crew. They removed so much vegetation (bushes the size of trees) and drilled out the roots. I will definitely call them again.

One worker came the first day and came late in the morning, around noon. Took a very long time to trim a hedge and did a sloppy job on all other pruning of flowers. The 2nd day there were 2 workers and they worked much faster. I was pleased that they were able to haul away the debris I requested and that they helped me with a few other minor fix up jobs that were not originally planned on. Did not complete the raking and weeding that I had originally requested...so, I think they were a little high priced for what they accomplished.

They did such a great job on taking down a number of dead trees in our yard. It only took them a little over 3 hours and they cleaned everything up and hauled it off. And a great price for the service. Thanks!

This company can do many home jobs other than tree removal.

I got quotes from other companies for the same work and Ali was $100 cheaper than the next best and about half as much as the most expensive. They gave me a quote and stuck to it even though it took them longer than expected to get their boom lift positioned. They got the tree out just like they said. Also came a day later than arranged without notice. Not a big deal to me, but it might matter to someone else.

If you want unprofessional promises and to be asked for more money- Go with Provo Maintenance First, they did not show up until after 1 PM the day of appointment (we scheduled 3 weeks out). We had to call to find out when they were coming. Second, only one guy showed up with a promise a crew was coming. Never more than 2 guys showed up. Third, promised one day to finish the job, took 3.5 working days to complete over 8 days (Never showed up before 10). Fourth, asked us to pay them more half-way through the job. Fifth, made it clear we wanted specific branches cut out, but tried to finishing up thinking we would not hold them to it. Sixth, not properly equipped to cut 5 large trees.
