My range needed replacement parts and Ronnie told me the cost of each part and that he would have to order them and be back to fix the range. He came back with the parts and fixed my range. Ronnie was very courteous and answered all my questions. I would recommend Ronnie he is knowledgeable and very kind!!

Very professional work. Excellent communication. Kept me updated concerning parts availability and when they were received. Came to the house at the agreed time. Described problem with the ice maker, work to be performed, and how he would accomplish it. Also added the recommendation to update the circuit board for the Samsung unit in accordance with experience and manufacturer's recommendation. Great experience overall. The ice maker on this series of refrigerators is a known weak point, which Ronnie took care of with experienced hands.

Ronnie was very personable and knowledgeable in his field. He always kept in touch with us about his arrival time and updated us on the delivery of the refrigerator part. I appreciate that he explained what was wrong with the refrigerator and what was needed to repair it. We definitely recommend him and will hire him in the future, if needed.

They are very prompt, on time and actually ahead of schedule. He called and let me know when he would be on the way to me. He was very accurate with his diagnosis in repairing my refrigerator. He was very clean, cleaned up even the ice. I will be using his services again.
