Great guy. Fit us into a tight schedule when our freezer broke just before we left for the holidays. A lifesaver.
Our repair person Ron was timely and diagnosed our problem quickly. Parts needed to be ordered and came in a couple days later. He kept us informed the whole time regarding status. Even though we unplugged the refrigerator the night before the ice maker was frozen. Ron had to manually defrost the ice maker in order to install the parts needed. Ron was pleasant to work with and I would highly recommend him. On our next appliance repair he will be the one we will call.
Ronnie was a perfect gentleman. He explained things to me in a VERY polite way and there was ABSOLUTELY NO MANSPLAININGâ ¦ (all my ladies can appreciate that)â ¦ he was in and out with no problems, so for that, I highly recommend him to anyone in need.

My tech person name was Ronnie and he was the most pleasant, knowledgeable person for my job. He came in respectful and delivered quality service with replacing my heating element in my dryer. Our conversation at the end was absolutely awesome, because Ronnie shared his experiences with high blood pressure with me, after noticing my blood pressure monitor on the table. In the end he said ge would pray for me. I really enjoy meeting this young man. He definitely knows what he is doing and he does it well.
