Benjamin Franklin Plumbing called me less than 2 minutes after I submitted my online request for emergency plumbing service. They were extremely professional and were over to the house in less than 45 minutes. They were finished with the job in about 30 minutes. Very convenient since we had a huge water leak in the basement! I don't know if the price was comparable or more expensive than other companies since we have never had to have the main water line cleaned. It seemed a little bit pricey, but they did a complete and thorough job.

The plumber arrived promptly and fixed the problem with only a minor glitch or two. He charged me what was quoted although he had to deal with unexpected problems that took him an extra step that required me to assist him. I am very happy with the work.
