Charged me an outrageous service charge to tell me in 5 minutes that I needed a new hot water heater. Then they tried to sell me a new heater for an outrageous cost.

Extremely expensive "a-la-carte" pricing from a book, whether job takes 10 minutes or 10 hours. Bad value for a small job like this pipe repair. Tech was very personable and knowledgeable, but spent more time trying to sell protection plans and services from the parent company's stable of related businesses than just doing the repair.
