Scott was very professional but also personable. He was friendly and courteous. Customer service and quality of work were good. I personally think the price is a little steep for a blockage but that is more than likely an industry standard. Overall happy with my choice.

Did an excellent job in rectifying another contractors work from a bath remodel. Very clean and precise work. We are now ready to move the project to it's final completion with the granite supplier and installers. Thank you.

It took 5 days to get an appointment. At the time of the appointment I was called and told that they would be there one day late. The work was grossly over priced. I was charged $636 to replace 2 cutoff valves and an out door spigot. I got retail pricing for the parts and found the cost of parts and supplies for the job to be $75. The work was completed in less than 90 minutes. If you round the time up to 2 hours that makes their labor rate $280/hr! The technician said they use a fixed pricing scheme and that there was nothing he could do about the price. I will not use them again ever.
