This was an EXCELLENT experience since the moment I was contacted by Joaquin, this company is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, one of the best ! Joaquin is very professional, great attitude, explains everything in detail, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, with a good vibe, neat, organized. Detail oriented- Prior to install they came to evaluate site and visualize project (that was challenging). Gave me cost for project and approximate time it would take to complete. Communication - Constant communication and accountability. Took longer to complete project than anticipated but cost for project remained the same. Results are breathtaking! I would highly recommend Professional TV Install.

Response time was excellent, worked around my schedule. Fortunately for me he was able to find the part I needed at a reasonable price and was able to install it the day I got the part. He was very knowledgeable and proficient.
