They arrived right on time. They were friendly and did everything I asked them to do. I would definitely use them again. The only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars is that after they left, I noticed that the vacuuming of the wall to wall carpeting was only fair. No edges or corners were done, just a once over with the main upright.

Professional Maid Service exceeded our expectations! The house looks great!

I called Rocky 3 times the week of the scheduled cleaning to make sure they were on schedule. We went over the address each time. I told him it was important that they show up in the 11-11:30 time frame. On Saturday at 11:45 I called Rocky and he told me they couldn't find me. I find out he not only gave them the wrong address, it was 45 minutes away. The crew showed up at 1pm and tried to quickly rush through the cleaning. I told them to slow down. This was an empty home move in. So they had no furniture or anything else to get in their way. I will say of the 3 people, Alex who did the kitchen did a good job. The other 2 were just adequate.

My cousin was very pleased with the service and is looking to hire them again in the next 2 months.

The clean team arrived 3 hours late without calling to explain why. I spent the whole morning waiting for them since I was told they would arrive "late morning". They arrived at 2:30. When they arrived the cleaning girls were excellent. They did a GREAT job cleaning EVERYTHING. My refrigerator, and bathroom never looked so good!! My only complaint was the communication with the crew

The ladies did a great job! The *only* thing I wish they had cleaned was to vaccuum under the beds, if possible. We have hardwood floors, and under the beds we get dust bunnies. Besides that, they finished up in about 2 hours, and scrubbed everything so clean! Even the floor of the tub/shower was scrubbed so the no-slip grips were white again! The price was great, the response was immediate, and I recommended them to a friend nearby! Thanks!!
