They did a great job and i will continue to use there services.

maids seemed in a rush. one came in with broody face as if shed didn't feel like cleaning my house. lots of harder-to-get-to areas left dusty, as if rushed or lazy. besides that, both were courteous & finished quite quickly. i used maids all my life throughout the world. i know what's a good or bad maid. these maids, not necessarily the cleaning service, was average.

I suggest you request a survey about 2 months from now. This repsonse is based on a single visit. It would be more appropriate after several visits by this professional.

They did an outstanding job. I was very pleased

As few scheduling problems at the start, but overall did a good job.

They were 2.5 hours late due to car trouble. Manger sent 4 people instead of two to accommaidate for lateness. Had to have crew come back in several times to clean areas they had missed. Found several other areas missed with finer inspection after crew left. Overall fair job for price. Would not rehire.

The cleaners arrived on time and worked very hard. We did a walk through when they were finished and they gladly touched up a few things I pointed out to them. The price they quoted was very competitive and even though they were there probably an hour more than they had expected, they did not add anything to the quoted price. I used them for a one time move in cleaning, but would definitely choose them for regular service.
