My working with Rocky, he was very professional and provided information in a timely manner and did what he said he would. The 2 maids who came out were accompanied by the driver/supervision. The 2 maids were great. The drivers stay outside, and came in the house after about 1 hr. I was very comfortable and that the 2 maids were great and thorough and doing everything as requested. Until he came in and seemed to rush them through. Then several items on the list I provided were not done. The ladies were working on them and told by driver to stop and work on other things in other parts of the house. Definitely, it was a good value for the money for the work they completed. The quality of work could be improved as they did not complete the list. They were doing an excellent job until the supervisor came in because they were following my instructions for cleaning up for which Rocky and I agreed. I would definitely hire them again.
