I was fortunate to choose Pro Tek for my roofing/masonry needs. It was a pleasure working with Dave and his right-hand man Casey. I found Dave to be knowledgeable and honest with me diagnosing the problem on hand. His crew headed by Casey were extremely polite and pleasant to have around the house. Dave is my new go-to guy for any problems around my home. I would highly recommend Dave and his company to my friends and neighbors (already have ). Thanks Dave

David, his son in law Diago and Casey were friendly and complete gentleman as they worked. I gave them a very tough job to do and they went right at it. They helped clean up a room that had multiple water leaks. It rained hard for a little while tonight and it looks like they have made the proper repairs to the roof and room and made it leak proof in its initial rain test which is what I hired them to do. While they were here I hired them to do two other jobs also. I like these guys and would hire them again if I need them and I am happy to know they are there if I do need them.

Came out did good evaluation. Fixed everything and took photos before and after. Their work was top notch, very timely and complete. On time, right work and done well. Highly recommend

David was friendly and helpful. His team was respectful and diligent. My only negative was that the estimate came in much lower than the final price. Nevertheless, I was satisfied with the work done.

They gave me a reasonable bid for my roof repair and followed through. I am very happy and hiring them for another job.

Very quick response to first call. David came out and provided a competent proposal - no "upselling" or embellishment. Scheduled the job and showed up on time. The crew was neat and well coordinated and well managed. No shortcuts. The way they did the job exceeded the proposal minimums. They worked like they were proud of the job they were doing. I will definitely use Pro-Tek again and recommend others to use them.

A Costly Disaster - They were hired to repair a flat roof that was covering the porch, not the house. They were more expensive than the other, yet I trusted David when I met him. He put me at ease and made me believe he would do "whatever it takes" to make you happy and leave your place clean. David is very personable and says all the right things. Especially when: 1. Your 1 day project turn into 5 days. 2. The inside of your house starts leaking in places they were not working on the roof. 3. The workers nail through your existing flat roof wood leaving nails sticking through the flat roof. 4. The leak in the house shorts out and ruins your ceiling fan (which he did not take responsibility for and pay to replace it, making me pay for the replacement he had his crew install). 5. So much debris blown into the pool that our new 10 day old automatic pool cleaner ($450) was now damaged beyond repair and not covered under warranty. 6. Left the "flat roof" crooked so the door to our screened in enclosure now has an opening at the bottom where animals get into our porch. 7. Painted the spots on the ceiling on the inside from the leak a different color than the currently ceiling so now it looks horrible and we will have to hire someone to paint the whole thing so it blends. 8. Had to hire house cleaners because now we had workers inside the house to fix the inside leaks and paint. I could go on, but I am tired of complaining. My experience with this company wore me out and I was so stressed that my health was effected. Not only that, the room that the leak was in was the room my mom is now staying in. She is moved in so I could care for her during her cancer treatments and she was forced to sleep on the sofa for 4 nights. Just find someone else. David will make you believe he will "take care of you". I did not feel taken care of when a quick one day project turned into 5 days of workers over an 8 day span that was miserable.

David came to my house and gave us an estimate within the same week he was able to completely replace our roof. David did not stop there he then went ahead and helped us with an issue we had inside which was completely outside the scope of this project. David truly cares about his customers and is ready to help no matter what the ask is. I highly recommend David not only for his work but also his attention to detail and customer service.
