Evan from Pro Services was excellent. He called me back within about 5 minutes of my submitting a request on ServiceMagic and talked me through the options for mounting my new TV. His estimates were accurate and consistent with the final bill. The day of the install, he arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He provided useful insight into how and where to mount the TV and clearly explained all of the work that was going to be done. My new TV looks great and I would definitely work with Evan again on future A/V jobs.
