Williams crew did an excellent job. I recently had him seal my asphalt. We also added about 1600 square ft of asphalt. It's perfect. This guy cares about his work. Would give him more than five stars if I could.

Williams crew did an excellent job. Nice thick coating . Almost looks like a rubber coating . They were fast, neat, and the job is perfect

We were told over and over again that they would return and fix the very poor job on our driveway. Every time they said they would be there they were a no show. My husband called it from the beginning that they would not be back but I believed they would come back. Never did. Do not trust William the owner. He takes advantage of the elderly. We 3 years ago gave him 5,000 down payment to protect the price Of his bid. For the next year and one half we repeatedly tried to contact him before he ever called Us back. We thought we just lost the that5,000. When he did finally come he talked us into other projects. Wall holding the hill back which is nice However the asphalt job is Pitiful. No one can believe that a â professionalâ laid the asphalt.

I originally posted this job as paving the driveway with gravel. The pro arrived and we discussed the scope of the job. The pro recommended that the drive be paved instead. He stated that I would never have problems with erosion fr the remainder of his or my life I, ultimately, agreed to allow him to pave it. But, I told him that I needed a written contract that described what he had agreed to do and the warranty. The contract stated that he would pave the driveway, install a cattle grate at the top to divert rainwater. His son and employees arrived the following day , arriving while I was asleep. I talked with the Emilee?s who stated that they did not have the contract with them and that the son was down at bottom of my driveway and he would bring up the contract. He never came to me. I texted the man to whom I had spoken the previous day and asked him about the contract and warranty. About a half hour later he showed up He did not have the contract with him and stated that his work is warranted for one year. I confronted him with the claim that it would last my life time. He changed the warranty to 5years, provided that I had the finished driveway was sealed. He added $1,500 for the sealing , bringing the total to $19,000. Other requirements in the contract were that he would attempt to put in the cattle grate(if it wasnt possible, he would install a speed bump at the head of the driveway because he stated that it would adequately divert the rain water): he would pave the driveway down to where the driveway had a dog leg down to the road. From that point on it would be gravel. He did not attempt to install the cattle grate. He did not pave the bottom of the driveway with gravel. The speed bump did not adequately divert the rainwater as the soil is now washing out from under the paved driveway. He stated that he would have his employees clean up all of the waste tar which was scattered around the driveway. That did not happen. He stated that he would return later and seal coat the driveway which I had paid for upfront. When I contacted him by text, he stated that he do what he had promised when it was convenient for him and didnt interfere with other jobs. From then on, I was just dismissed. I told that he needed to complete the work and correct some problems I was having with his design. Coming up the driveway my trucks back tires always skitter to the side. He has never showed up to do anything and has ceased talking to me. If you use this contractor, be very, very careful to get everything that he says in writing and hold him to the word of the contract
