David knew what he was doing, the work was very good and it was in a day. He was the only contractor to respond and needing someone to complete an inspection and repairs as soon as possible, we went with Pro Kill. We spoke to a woman who arranged for David to inspect to satisfy requirements for a VA home re-fi. We were under-the-gun to get the pest certification as quickly as possible as one of the last steps in the re-fi, we had other time-sensitive events waiting on the re-fi to close. We were anxious and agreed to work we thought might take a few days to finish, but 6 hours, pesticide, bondo and a long 2X6 board is all they needed. Looking back, it seems like A LOT of money for a days work, we realize there are other factors that influence price and had we more time we might have shopped around and to save money. All-n-all, the work is done and we have moved on. The guys at Pro Kill will do the work right (at least as far as we can tell) David and his helper were nice and cleaned up afterward, but it might not hurt to make sure you are getting all that you pay for.

David contacted me within minutes of my request on Home Advisor. He showed up to the appointment promptly and and was very professional. He found the source of my problem in a short amount of time and still checked out other areas of the house to insure there were no other issues. We scheduled another appointment to treat the problem and once again he showed up promptly and treated the troubled area very quickly and when he left you would never have known he was there. Great service I would definitely use him again and recommend this company to anyone in need.

First let me say what a great company! Showed up on time and was very professional. David that came out explained that I had Drywood termites and some dry rot on a fence also some French doors that had damage. I was thinking it was going to be really expensive but turned out to be actually really reasonable. Showed me some other areas of termites on my house that he treated and I didn't have to leave my home. Overall really great experience and would highly recommend this company.

Great company! The termite control and repair work completed on our deck was done well. They are honest, fairly priced and I will be using them again and referring everyone I know.
