Pablo assisted us with new CAD drawings and calculations for a temporary structure in Huntington Beach and was amazing. He understood the time sensitive nature of the project and updated us on the progress daily. His pricing was fair and he even delivered the paperwork to the city free of charge! I needed some plan to enlarge my master bedroom and two bathrooms. Pablo was very professional. We signed the contract on 3/20. We use w-mail to do all the drawing changes which was very exact. When I decided on the plan, the engineering drawings were completed. Pablo took me to LA Planning dept to submit the plans on 6/20. We had the plans approved and permitted at that same appointment. I am very pleased with his work.
