Came home to water pouring into our dining room from the upstairs bathroom. Called Brody and he sent Ricky over immediately to assess the situation. Ricky and his team were a huge help in assisting with drying everything out and helping to recommend next steps. Highly recommended the Ecobak team - extremely easy to work and communicate with!

I highly recommend EcoBak Restoration! Ricky and his whole team were nothing short of amazing throughout the entire process! They were always on time, respectful, and knowledgeable. They came out the same day I called them and I was an hour away. They always kept me informed and up to date on what they needed to do to get the job done. And the job was very well done! We were contacted quickly to set up an appointment. Ricky was right on time dressed with appropriate PPE and he did a thorough inspection to determine needed remediation of mold we found in a bedroom closet. A quote and information on EPA products to be used was sent to us very quickly. All questions and concerns were answered and steps were taken to keep us safe while work was done. We highly recommend this family owned company.
