Ken seems to be a very honest man to me. It wasn't an emergency kind of job, but he came right the next day by the morning. Our sink-dispose stopped working and -first- he tried to help me over the phone by doing a simple thing to see it would make it work, so he wouldn't have to come over and charge me for nothing- I knew what he was advising to do because a handyman told me ones the same thing, that I totally forgot about it - so, I did what he told me to, and it happened that the motor was dead - our disposer was pretty old already and I used it a lot ! - . We replace it for a very fair cost and I'm planning to call him again next time.

He was prompt, professional and completely fixed my problem. He also had a fair price. We are calling him back in the Spring to take care of both my outside faucets.

They came the next day and did an awesome job. They gave me additional advice on other issues I was having. I was very satisfied and have already referred them to a friend.

Very strange situation. Nice guy, started the job and appeared to do fine work, appeared to be trustworthy / honest. Then, he never came back or called to finish the job. I've called him 3 times, no response - Im not sure how to rate this company. Good value, as he did some work but it's not done and he didn't charge me. I can't judge quality because it's not finsihed, so I don't know if it works yet. For customer service, it's hard to judge, when he was here he provided good customer service, but then he left and didnt finish the job nor follow up, eiteher on his own, or in response to my phonce calls. I'd advise going somewhere else.

Can I come out early? Did you want to do this project now, we added some time to our schedule in case you did? Has anyone ever heard a plumber say that? These guys totally rocked! They installed the new faucet, repaired the old one and added isolation valves in less than 3 hours, cleaned up and left. These guys are definitely coming back to do more work for me! They are polite, professional, and priced right!

Ken came out promptly and provided his expert advice to hold off for now. Also made a great recommendation on repair vs. new installation of a kitchen faucet. Will definitely use him again.
