Ken the plumber was very courteous and professional in every sense. He made extra effort in clearing a very stubborn main sewer line blockage when it was determined it was the village's main sewer line blockage. As advertised, Ken refused to collect the agreed contract rate as he wasn't able to open my line blockage but I insisted to pay him for all the work he did which he eventually agreed to accept my payment at a lower service charge. Definitely an upstanding, honest and decent plumber. Thank you Ken.

When Ken called,I explained my problem with the slow draining kitchen sink,that was jeopardizing a birthday/engagement party.Ken said he could be there within the hour, and he was.He is knowledgeable,professional and courteous,fixed the problem without any mess.I would recommend him in a heartbeat!

Prompt, professional, courteous. Replaced check valve on sump pump (water shooting everywhere) fixed 2 leaky faucets, told me how to fix my dishwasher (and that worked), had to run to town for parts, and still only charged one hour labor + parts. Will use again.

The technician that came out was unable to complete the job of routing out the sewer main; and yet I was still charged for the service call. I called another plumber, not listed on Home Advisor who did complete the job for less money than originally quoted by Price-Less.
