Ken was very prompt, courteous, and efficient. He replaced my kitchen faucet and cartridges for my bathtub faucets. Unfortunately, years ago plumber's putty had been previously placed over the kitchen sink shut off valve as well as a pipe joint to stop leaks. Ken was able to overcome this obstacle and correctly install the new kitchen faucet. So far all are operating great with no leaks.

Ken was great to work with. He had great customer service and did a great job with my leaking faucet repair. He came when he said he would and explained everything thoroughly regarding the repair. I would recommend and use again for any of my own future plumbing related projects!

The plumber who showed up was on time and got the job done efficiently and quickly.

He came out within 2 days to give us a free estimate of the project. At that time he suggested options ranging from repair to replace. When we were leaning toward repair, he went to the local supply store to see if they had the repair parts, so he could do the work that day. When he called to day the parts were available, we decided instead to replace the hardware. That work was done the following Monday, and everything was done superbly.

He was awesome! I would definitely use them again.
