Dennis McKeown visited the job weekly while doing my UPSTAIR & also my downstairs bathrooms. He was available with emails whenever I wanted to change anything. I will use only Dennis for next kitchen remodeling job.Finished on time& directed us to Tile & Fixtures Stores and workers clean up areas daily after work. Cabinets are wonderful! I interview 6 contractors &happy I picked DENNIS McKEOWN.....

Had our bathroom completely done over. It definitely was not worth the amount we paid. We had to paint out things that had to be done over. A true Professional would have seen these right away and fixed. Things were not handled in a professional manner.

I am extremely disappointed that I was not able to satisfy this customer. The punch out list was concluded and the poor paint job was never brought to our attention. It was only after reading this review that I found out they had an issue with the paint job. I then personally stopped out at their home to apologize and offer to pay them for their time and material to repaint. As far as what a completely remodeled bathroom will typically cost; is always based on the customers final product selections. I always try to persuade my customers to choose higher quality finished products, but with that will come the higher cost.

Custom Designers did an excellent job remodeling my bathroom. Their pricing was by far the most competitive out of all the estimates I solicited. They started and finished a head of schedule. The quality of work and there follow through was beyond expectation. Finally, the price did not deviate from the estimate which was very reassuring. I highly recommend Custom Designers.l

Dennis has been a very reliable and dependable contractor. HIs attention to detail and exectation for perfection ensured that we have a beautiful kitchen. When we signed the contract Dennis assured us that if any issues arose he "would make them right." Sure enough when minor issues came up, he was very receptive and "made it right", even when it was not his mistake. It has been a pleasure to work with Dennis during all aspects of our project. We will be hiring him for other projects.
