Reviews
Write a ReviewThese guys were straight shooters. Gave you an honest bid, and did not try to upsell me. Very professional, and they cleaned up after themselves.
Professional and knowledgeable staff
Amazing professionalism and great work. Recently moved here and they have our business as long as we are here. Definitely will hire again!
Professional and friendly service. Everything was explained in a way I could understand. It was a huge job and they worked hard and finished on time. I would highly recommend Premier PROS!
They were able to get a tech to my house within about an hour. It took him about 2 minutes to diagnose the issue. (I had 3 companies come out to get independent opinions, all eventually ame to the same diagnosis, but his was by far the fastest). The control board for my 27 year old system had finally died. I decided to replace the whole system due to its age. He gave me several options for replacements at different tiers with up front total prices. They were significantly lower than the estimates I got from other companies. I chose a system and they had it installed by the end of the next day. Crew was polite and professional. Five stars
They came out for free diagnosis and found circuit breaker off on blower unit. They weren’t going to charge me anything so I decided to get their tuneup special. So went well.
It cost $89.00 just to flush the old hot water heater and hardly any water came out. He did tell me that he didn't think it would work. He was right, but he only tryied flushing it for 15 minutes. I had to buy a new hot water heater anyway. I had to try. $89.00 bucks for 15 minutes is really steap.
We had a pipe collapse in our rental property. They also discovered additional issues as they worked and each time talked with me about optons and very cLear with pricing. It was never just and up sell. Despite challenges with the weather, additional work, they still did the job on time. I also received timely updates complete with before and after pictures. The price was fair and honest.
