James assisted me with troubleshooting an old dryer that wouldn’t heat. He quickly diagnosed the cause, researched parts (sadly were discontinued) and gave a solution to work around the issue while my new drier was on order. Without this work around, I would have been without a drier for 2 weeks. While James didn’t “fix” my appliance, his expertise, guidance and most importantly, honesty was well worth the amount of the service call. Premier Appliance Repair will be my first call should I have an issue in the future.
