He gave options and ordered the part before he left that day. As soon as the part was in, James returned and replaced quickly. Happy to have my washer back. "i got a quick response to my call. he was out within several days. needed to get pricing for the parts and told me he would do this on mon. and call me. he called mon morning with the pricing. got me a great price on a new unit versus repairing old one.. said he would have the unit by the end of the week. called me on fri said he had and scheduled installation for sun. installed the unit as specified. within in 1 week of original visit i was up and renning."
