He did nothing, did not even open the unit and check it thoroughly. I told him that the landlord had tapped in the our ducts and extended some air flow to the basement and he immediately said that's the problem without looking at the unit itself. For the amount of money I paid, he could?ve at least opened and inspected the furnace very thoroughly. I called about the furnace not working properly, not the ducts that are not working properly. I don?t know it feels like I was scammed out of $95. He was here less than 20 minutes. To me that?s a ripoff.

Vini was a pleasure to work with from initial contact to payment upon completion of work. Our furnace stopped working late one evening and by morning our house was a chilly 45 degrees. With a 2-year-old and forecasted sub-zero temperatures less than 24 hours away, we needed service ASAP. Vini was there less than 4 hours after initial contact, quickly identified the issue, procured the needed replacement part and got it installed. He even identified an issue we were unaware of and addressed it at the same time. He let us know it would eventually require additional attention, but explained we were fine for the time being and didn t try to give us a hard sell on something that wasn t critical. He clearly communicated with us during all steps of the process and let us know what our options were. Rates were fair and he was professional in all aspects of service. Preferred Comfort Heating and Cooling will be our first call next time we ve got an urgent service need and we ll also be using them for routine maintenance. A+
