The company Precision Painting did not show up, and they said they would show up, but they did not. They also stated it was too far so they could come, but they said they were going to send a picture so he could give us a quote, but they did not follow up.Â

I was having drywall issues and is why I hired a professional painter. He did not address any of the issues as he promises he would. This painter tries to work all the angles so he can over charge and was not very good at communicating what he was going to do. For instance I thought the estimate would have included the paint needed for the job. It turns out the paint is not included and is an extra charge. Also the paint was delivered to the wrong address so when the painter came they were unable to do the job and we had to reschedule. I definitely recommend reading the contract thoroughly.

The only estimator that gave me an upfront verbal estimate followed immediately by an email. Others, Painters, roofers, flooring, etc all took days to get me an estimate. I'm on a time schedule and had to wait too long for emailed estimates. They booked right away at my convenience, showed up on time. were very professional, acted on all my questions and suggestions. The house looks great, I'm very happy. They even left extra paint for touchups. Christian and his crew were great, even with my constant "supervising".
