Miguel painted everything himself. Power washed, sanded and primed then painted. All done timely. Excellent work.

His name is miguel, he shows up right on time and got to it. He knock it out right out of the park. I recommend this handymen to everyone. His price was very affordable and cleanse up everything once he is done! I gave him one more extra job and he didn't hesitate and knock that one out of the park. We loved the finale completion.

Miguel did a remarkable job painting the south side of our house. His preparation was unparalleled, and his detail in painting was beyond our expectations. We were so impressed with his work that we hired him to stain our deck. Again, he did a superb job.

Miguel was quick to respond with an estimate which turned out to be the one I chose. When the weather finally turned favorable to do the work he started with a power wash.A few days later he came back with a crew, sanded the deck and applied two coats of Sherwin Williams stain. He finished the project in one day. My deck is approximately 800 sq. Ft. He provided excellent service and quality workmanship.

I recently hired Precision Painting Interior & Exterior, LLC to power wash, paint, and repair my front and back porches. They did an incredible job, which included painting the ceilings and removing the old lattice around the lower areas, replacing it with new lattice. Additionally, they replaced any rotten wood on the porches. The entire project took two days, and the results were outstanding! I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Miguel is great! Stuck to his promises / schedule. My experience with his deck staining / sealing was so good I had him do another job for me with some exterior carpentry and painting. really went the extra mile to make everything look good and my wife was super happy with the final results. Both jobs done within a week of accepting the bid.
