He was very efficient with his job and he gave me very good information about what I needed done. He was very reasonable and did everything I asked for.

Looked at big oak that had grown with two leaders; one of which had died. Hired to cut down oak, cut into firewood and chip brush. They cut down half the oak leaving the dead part still up, did not cut wood into firewood or chip brush. Wanted to charge me double to cut down dead part claiming it was considered two trees. I paid them because there was three of them and was afraid because I am just an old lady. Older people beware; make sure everything is in specific writing.

The job was to move 3 crepe myrtle trees from their current location about 20 yards. The crew that came out did not have the necessary equipment (back hoe or loader) to complete the job of moving 3 crepe myrtle trees. Manually they were able to only move one when they came out but agreed to come back and finish the job with the necessary equipment...they did not. They were more interested in doing tree removal of dead trees in the back yard woods than completing the work they were hired for. I will not be hiring them for that work. The name and phone numbers on the card were useless as one of the phone numbers did not have a mailbox that was set up; and the other mailbox was full. The phone was only answered once in about 20 calls. This company gives Home Advisor a bad name and I will not seek contractors through Home Advisor in the future. DO HOT HIRE PRECISION LAWN AND TREE IF YOU WANT PROFESSIONAL HELP and want the job completed efficiently!
