This type of craftsmanship is rare and very much admired and appreciated. The other bids were all some form of removing the wall and replacing it with cinder block and stone veneer or boulder type walls. This is built of stone and gravel and mortar inside and fits with our 1940's home style. The other bids were more than 2x Mr. De Leon's price. We are very satisfied with high quality construction, craftsman style, and a very competitive price."
