Im tired of misogynists always taking advantage of a woman and doing everything he can to overcharge and then gets mad when I get my husband on the phone to back me up when I think that $960 minimum he wanted to charge is ridiculous. I tell him the spring needs replacing, so he does a 50 point inspection then tells me we aren't taking care of our stuff and that my husband is full of shit when we tell him we have done maintenance on the garage door. The repair guy was just pissed when we didn't want him to overcharge us. And when you use a stranger's bathroom, you Flush the toilet. This guy was a jerk and I wound up paying close to $600 for what should have been closer to $300, but he knew I literally could not get my car out of the garage and I was at his mercy. Never using this company again. What happened to companies running an honest business instead of their main goal being to screw customers out of as much money as possible?

The technician was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful offering to return after my wife got home from work to link the remote to the new motor he had installed. I was surprised the Company policy is to charge for the service call ($119) even though I ultimately bought the repair service from them. My experience with repair services of all kinds is they almost always waive those charges if you have them do the repair at the time of the call. They did accept my coupon that allowed me to waive that service charge. However, that precluded me from being able to get any other discounts they offered on the coupon.
