We were on our way to Baja when the garage door cable was lost on one side. I did some damage trying just to secure the door so we could get on our way. Precision Door sent Mike and were were back on our way in less than a half hour. Thank you Precision Door and thanks to Mike, who was a friendly and very competent technician.

My garage door was not operating properly. I called Precision Garage Door Service and they were at my house the next day. I had my garage door hardware replaced and a new garage door opener installed. Larry and John Kirkby did a fine job. They worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. They showed us how the new system operates and they programmed our car's door opener switch to operate the new system. Our garage door now works better than when it was new 14 years ago. Larry even left me his personal cell phone number to call if I had any questions or problems.

From Lee Howell, the sales representative, to Jeff, the scheduler, to Nick, the installer, they have awesome customer service traits. We would HIGHLY recommend them. Not the lowest bid but you get what you pay for. The new door and opener are made of quality.materials and extremely quiet.
