On time, professional and knowledgeable. They called me a few seconds after I hit the ENTER button. UPDATE: I had a good initial experience however their follow up service were the worst I've had in many years. They took my money for a deposit and never got back to me on the follow up service. If I hadn't initiated communication I feel like I would never have heard from this company again.

Bob, thank you for your comments and business. Unfortunately our technician dropped the ball and didn't turn in the paper work in a timely fashion. Human error and we are very sorry for the hassle and the extra work that you had to go thru to keep your job moving. Please be aware that we do have systems in place to catch these things and it would have been caught once that week had been reviewed. I hope that the discount that you were given last week will help ease the frustration of our mistake. Thanks Kevin Spratt President.
