Daniel did much more than just carpentry...He fixed exterior roof and skylight...replaced rotten wooden beam, installed new sill plate under wall, new floor joists, new insulation and secured bulkhead back to the house. He was quick, efficient, priced well and was a pleasure to do business with...He even promptly returned calls! Would definitely use him again and recommend him highly.

Daniel (precision demolition Llc) is great. He contacted me immediately, he came out the same day to assess and provide a quote and rates and started promptly. He was right on time (maybe even a few minutes early). He's courteous and a pleasure to work with. I've programmed his number in my phone because I will certainly be calling him again for future projects. No doubt I will recommend this company. He did an awesome job!
