For hauling away the items I needed to get rid of, they were great. On-time, friendly and professional. The reason the overall was a little lower was because after the work was done, Daniel offered their services for other home repairs - minor carpentry, etc.. Have a few other small jobs that needed doing - 1-2 days of work, and asked him to quote once the snow melted. Two months later, he scheduled multiple appointments to come give a quote, but didn't show up (or call). When he finally did come by, he looked from a distance then said he'd have to come back again to take measurements and a closer look. Never heard from him again, which disappointed me. Got someone else to take care of those jobs. But for just hauling, would call him again.
