We had a pool heater problem, that the problem was not apparent at the beginning. They thought we had a bad sensor and quoted me a price to replace the sensor. They came and replaced the sensor and the heater still would not work. They tried a couple of other things and nothing worked. Then they got a second sensor from their supplier and the heater worked. If the first sensor from their supplier had been a good sensor, this would have been a 30 minute job. But because the first sensor was bad, which caused them to try other things, this 30 minute job became a 5 hour job. I was very pleased that the original price that I was quoted (the a 30 minute job) was the price I paid. It has been 10 days since the work was done and the heater works like new. I truly appreciate the integrity of Precision Aquatics, there is not question that they took a loss on my job (5 hours labor), and I will definitely be calling Precision Aquatics for any future pool or pool heater needs. Thanks again for the great work and great price.

Dan handled an entire rehab of my existing spa filter, pump, and installing a new air blower. He provided easy to understand information about what he did and very helpful instructions for the future use of the spa. Dan was super friendly even though the work he was doing didn't seem pleasant. Thanks Dan and Precision Aquatics!!
