    Another excellent service experience with Precision Aquatics, they exceeded my expectations by getting the spa part very quickly and then installed the same day as receipt. The tech was on time, installed quickly and got the spa up and running. The tech also answered all of my questions and also fixed the spa light while he was the house. GREAT COMPANY AND GREAY PEOLPLE!!!!

    What they promised the did. I had to go thru a home warranty service they saw no problem to wait. It was played quickly and they came in s few days. The only problem is they should have called me to confirm the appointment date.

We had emailed a few days prior to the repair appointment with the exact time and day we were going to complete the repair (after we got everything squared away with your home warranty company for you & they approved the repair). We should have also called you. We appreciate the feedback!

    I received a response from Precision Aquatics, after submitting my request in Home Advisor, in less than 24 hours. Dan was onsite the next day. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with my Pentair pool heater, in less than 15 minutes. He made additional recommendations that I could fix myself. I was only charged a nominal fee for the quick fix. I highly recommend them!

    Patrick came out the same day as our regular pool person was a no show for 2 weeks. He went over everything with us and we hired him to take care of the pool long term. We would recommend him highly.

    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
