The service has been fantastic and exceeded all expectations. Drew is knowledgeable, efficient, extremely versatile, and willing to pivot as the situation requires. I will recommend Precision Audio to everyone I know seeking help with any kind of AV installs or updates. I learn so much from him every time he enters my home and appreciate that he does not leave until I fully understand how to program everything myself. Drew visited, gave a written proposal and upon hiring were here within days. -and came back to dona walk through.They were clean, efficient and pleasant. Fixed many issues that we weren't aware of and rectified the problems we were having. Would definitely call them again and refer them to anyone looking.

Drew was totally competent, knowledgeable, very pleasant, and had an encyclopaedia of possible solutions to every complicated technical issue between my computers, internet connection, and in-house signal distribution. I have been in this apartment for 11 months and have had virtually no on-site telephone service because of Xfinitys total lack of ability or concern about addressing this issue. They repeatedly shrugged and disappeared. Drew was like a one-man problem solver. His solutions always had my needs in mind as well. He was prompt, fast, and neat, taking less time than he allowed for. He charged me less than he quoted and gave me a refund discount on my bill as a result. Drew is a top-notch problem solver, good professional, and trustworthy businessperson.
