"This was a rental property project to replace an existing bathtub with a walk-in shower. I needed a budgetary quote and contacted several installers but all of them wanted to schedule a sales visit before they would even provide a general price range. Fortunately I contacted Mike and after answering a few of his questions he was able to give me a budgetary quote over the phone and then email me information to review. After deciding to move forward with the project Mike scheduled a brief visit to the property and after choosing from samples, a written quote (matching the estimate) was provided and a start date was scheduled. The estimated time to complete the project was two days but because the original installation was older and an extra day was needed to replace the badly deteriorated cast iron drain, waste and vent lines with PVC. Mike followed up after project was completed to make sure all was satisfactory. They did a great job and I will definitely be using them for future projects. When we entered the basement we discivered my water heater was also leaking water so ge fixed that too. He was here all afternoon. Thank you Angel!"

"I had 7 people come to my house to address the raw sewage backing up into my basement. The first company sent 4 different people to address each individual issue. Pretty much took all day. The only thing that was accomplished was that one guy put a camera in my line and said it would not go very far. Said the pipe was likely collapsed. Suggested we get an outside cleanout installed which would involve excavating the yard and installing new pipe...about 6.5K. Yikes! Called for a 2nd opinion. Offered the same service for about half the price. Didn t even try to snake it. Said too risky. Had a 3rd company come out. They at least tried snaking it but were unsuccessful. They suggested hydro jetting at $750 for the first hour. Luckily the hydro jet was not available so I called Chris to see if he could do that. Explained my situation and he thought he could clear it without using a jet. Well, he did the impossible and cleared the line after a couple of hours! He had 2 things the others did not have...determination and hope. He saved us a ton of money and I am very grateful!"
